"Chili On Ice" Chili Cook-Off

by Oshkosh Morning Rotary in conjunction with
Battle On Bago.

Pre-registered contestants will
set up by 11:00 for judging by local "celebrity" judges.

Chili will be served to the
public 11:30 to 3:00 for a $5 "spoon fee."

People will vote with their
spoons for the People's Choice.

and Rules
- Competition is limited to
the FIRST 20 participants who have completed a registration form and paid
their $250.00 entry fee. CUTOFF FOR REGISTRATION IS FEBRUARY 16, 2012.
- Participants must prepare NO
LESS THAN 20 quarts of chili (off premises) in advance of the cook-off and
be set up by 11:00 a.m. Chili must be covered and maintained at 160

$500 prize will be awarded for
First Place as determined by the Celebrity Judges. Runner up will win a $250
prize as determined by the Celebrity Judges. An award for Peoples Choice
will also be given. All winners will be announced and awards given at the
4:00 closing ceremony.
